All packages online are basic packages. You may inquire for a custom package or request a tier package list. Once booked online, you will receive an auto response and a reply via email within 24 hours. During this time, time and location details will be requested and a binding contract will be sent. Any bookings with the amount over $500 will require a 50% retainer at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of booking will be due 2 weeks prior to the event date. An invoice will be sent to the email provided. There shall be no refund after signing the Agreement and the reservation of the photography date and time. If the event is cancelled prior to the event date, there shall be no refund on the 50% retainer due to the high probability that the Photographer will not be able to further book that time-slot. Once a balance is paid, it is non-refundable. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the Clients and the Photographer.
